Another short 60 mile day, with a cross tailwind. Today I really felt like we were riding west. For the first time we saw mountains off in the distance. We saw our first rocky mounds. We saw dust bowl reminiscent stone and clay houses. We were on the Great Plains and Indian reservations.
Dinner was not provided by our hosts tonight so we went to businesses to ask for donations. Dominos donated a number of pizzas. Then after dinner we did our presentations to each other on affordable housing issues. Molly B and I presented on budgetary decision making.
